We undertook a small development subdividing in Svensson Heights. Kleidon's were very helpful and flexible by working around and enhancing our ideas and plans for building. There were a lot of behind the scenes efforts the team at Kleidon's did to pull off an amazing job.  Kleidon's understood that we were building an investment property and they hit the ground running. They had our investment completed ahead of schedule which helped us get the investment returning money sooner than later. Communication was good as we were able to ask questions anytime with a quick response. We saw an excellent standard of workmanship by Kleidon's because we have built before and seen varying standards. We were very pleased with the outcome of Kleidon's building for us as they were instrumental in helping build and secure our future for us, with least amount of hassle
